Tony and Nichelle's Story

Within minutes of meeting Tony Fleming, you're sure to notice something wonderfully different about him: quiet confidence, determination, steadiness. Both personally and professionally, Tony's ability to make you feel at home in a conversation has yielded unfathomable results. So what is it that's powering a personality so remarkable? "I am passionate about changing the way people think," Tony says. "If you remember back on the things that have really shaped your life, it all comes down to a thought you had that just stayed with you." Tony and his wife, Nichelle, have undoubtedly bridged the gap from average to amazing simply with the power of their thoughts.
From the moment someone signs up, Tony teaches the importance of keeping your thoughts open to all possibilities when making your list. "The best list is a whole bunch of names, but not necessarily phone numbers, because that means you're really digging deep and thinking. You can't limit yourself to people you know right now; you've got to think back to relationships and contacts you've had in the past."
Tony advises his team not to get too caught up in the immediate results of their work. "Success in this business doesn't come overnight; it's a process, a journey," Tony explains. Part of this process includes working through the negative outcomes. "Sometimes people will turn you down, or you'll schedule a party or a meeting and not many people will show up," Tony states. "But if you're doing what you're supposed to do, what you know is right, everything else will fall in line and you can win."
No doubt Tony doesn't just teach others to think like winners—his personal mentality is pure, straightforward determination. "I believe in myself and my business," Tony says. "My hobby is my work because it's not work for me; I genuinely enjoy what I do."
As for the future, Tony would love to help twenty people reach a six figure income. "This is such a great time to be involved with Tahitian Noni International," Tony says. "This business has given me the freedom to really think, and that's something most people don't get to do."
