To return a TAHITIAN NONITM product, simply send us the unused portion within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund 100% of the purchase price (less shipping). If you return something after 30 days, we'll refund 90% of the purchase price (less shipping). No refunds will be issued after 180 days from the purchase date.
To return a product, simply obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting our Customer Service Department (AU: 1800 008 791 / NZ: 0800 443 064 ). Please write the RA number on the outside of the box you're shipping back to us. You can ship the unused portion of your product to:
